Tesco has produced a huge number of bite-sized ads for Christmas 2012, promoting everything from champagne to mince pies to party hats. Each features a famous pop track (none of which are actually Christmas songs). Rather than posting each ad individually – and risking renaming this site Tesco Ad Music – we’re listing all of the ads in one long post. You can watch each individual ad and download each individual track by clicking on the appropriate link:

  1. Thank you Tesco for your new style ads, love them, obviously ad person was a 70’s baby who grow up in the 80’s, hearing “Juicy” was an unexpected joy, keep them coming!

  2. party hats/crackers

help! the face of the actor who refuses to wear his cracker hat is familiar. who is he? what has he appeared in before?

  3. I am tearing my hair out… what is the music which was on last night, 23rd, where Tescos were advertising a short snipit on last minute food buys!!!!!!!!!

  4. What is the music/artist on the Tesco ad for beef/meat, I think the song is ‘hold me now’

    • Been looking for it myself. I asked a friend in the end, couldn’t find it anywhere on the internet.
It is Eric Carmen, Hungry Eyes.. I can see where you got the Hold Me Now from, haha.

  5. The current tesco Christmas adverts where short clips of classic pop music are used are some of the best adverts ever. Well done.

  6. Now close your eyes, watch the ad and tell all the visually impaired people what is being advertised.
