Jaguar promotes its new E-Pace compact SUV in this TV ad, featuring a head-turning drive through London, as passers by wonder, “Why’ve they put a Jaguar badge on a Kia Sportage?” The soundtrack is Sonate En Trio Pour Deux Violons Et Basse Continue En Ré Mineur, Op 1 No 12, Rv63, La Follia, recorded for the ad by composer and musician Chris Hill. It’s a version of Antonio Vivaldi’s Sonata No 12 in D minor, RV 63, La Follia, from his Twelve Trio Sonatas for two violins and basso continuo, Op 1, written in 1705.
