McVitie’s abandons its cute animals in biscuit packets approach for a brand new “Sweeter Together” campaign, featuring biscuits bringing people together, beginning with this charming animated ad featuring Rod the lonely crane driver. The ad was directed by Smith & Foulkes, and the voiceover is by Oscar-nominated actress Sally Hawkins. The music was composed for the TV ad by Luis Almau at Soundtree Music, and features Ben Castle on clarinet. The soundtrack isn’t available to download.
