Hyundai demonstrate some of their vehicles’ safety features in a stadium car park in this tenuously-linked World Cup TV ad. For the soundtrack, Hyundai have recruited Maroon 5 to perform a typically anodyne cod reggae version of Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds. The song was originally released on Bob & The Wailers’ 1977 album Exodus, and was a UK hit single in 1980. It’s often wrongly thought to be called “Don’t Worry About a Thing” or “Every Little Thing is Gonna Be Alright”, but “Three Little Birds” refers to either three canaries that would visit Bob’s home or his three backing singers, depending on which story you believe.
