Kevin the Carrot returns in Aldi’s Christmas 2018 TV ad, doing battle with the wicked Pascal the Parsnip in this fairytale adventure. Kevin was briefly seen in a teaser “cliffhanger” ad, which spoofed Coca-Cola’s Holidays are Coming Christmas truck ad and song(see below), but this parsnip ad uses Danny Elfman’s soundtrack from the movie Edward Scissorhands.
