This commercial shows the convenience of ordering food for dinner at Applebee’s Grill + Bar restaurant. The fast-paced video shows a day in the life of a busy woman who starts her day at 6, has a teaching stint in a nursing school, then goes to a hospital where she works as a nurse until late in the afternoon. She then picks up some dinner at Applebee’s, then heads home where her kids and husband wait. The upbeat song in the video is “Runaround Sue” by Dion. The song became a number 1 hit in the US in 1961 after Dion left the Belmonts. It’s available to download on iTunes.
