In this moving advert, Volkswagen announces its plans to help make a better tomorrow by investing more in the design and development of all-electric vehicles. The video shows a car designer sketching a plan in the dark whilst the song “Sound of Silence” plays subtly in the background. Darkness is an all-encompassing theme in this advert, which shifts towards the end when the all-electric car is finally unveiled. “Sound of Silence” is from the duo’s 1965 album “Sounds of Silence.” It’s available to download on iTunes.
