This advert is Aldi’s announcement that they are sponsoring Team GB in the upcoming Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, whilst also advertising their Super 6 offer. The Super 6 offer is aptly called such, as it includes 6 healthy fruits and 6 healthy veggies offered at very low prices, arguably the lowest among other supermarkets. The announcement is accompanied with the track “Heavy Action” by British composer, orchestra leader and pianist Johnny Pearson. The music is most associated in the UK as the theme for Superstars, and in North America as the theme music for ABC and ESPN’s Monday Night Football. It’s available to download on iTunes.
