The message of this Reebok marketing campaign is this: sport the unexpected. The advert features musical artist Cardi B who is having her hair done in a salon, chatting endlessly with a girlfriend. People at the salon all sigh in surprise when they see that Cardi B is wearing a pair of white Reeboks, with the laces untied. As if with a mind of their own, Cardi B’s pink nails start to grow so long so that they reach the laces and tie them up, getting everyone’s approval. The music in the advert is called “Nails Did” by Stephan Dante. It’s available to download on iTunes.
