Aldi’s Christmas advert this year is made to look and feel like a trailer of a family-friendly movie. The “trailer” is starred by characters like Kevin the Carrot, Russel Sprout, and other perky versions of the vegetable staples you would find at your local Aldi this Christmas. The soundtrack of the film is by Robbie Williams, the “trailer” says. We hear a snippet of it, particularly the track “Let Me Entertain You.” The track is from the artist’s 1997 album “Life thru a Lens.” It’s available to download on iTunes.
