December 2022 is almost over, but what are the newest online games from this last month of the year?
In today’s post, we answer this question and provide you with some interesting titles. Stick around to learn more.
Predecessor
Paragon? Remember Paragon? Epic Games’ online game that was shut down after Fortnite’s success? Predecessor is now available as a spiritual successor that almost imitates the logo. It’s a combination of a third-person shooter with MOBA. On a map, two teams of five compete against one another.
Each player controls a hero with unique abilities. You must complete tasks, kill enemies or destroy towers during the match. The gold you earn inside the game can be used to buy items, boosts, and perks like teleportation or time manipulation in shops.
Need for Speed Unbound
Need for Speed Unbound has everything to be the most interesting game in the franchise in recent years. The game takes all the aesthetics of graffiti and puts it inside the game, with Cell Shaded graphics and visuals that will please anyone who has played a Jet Set Radio in their lives. The game even comes with a soundtrack inspired by this culture.
Hello Neighbor 2
Hello Neighbor 2 is the direct sequel to one of the most interesting indie games of the past decade. In it, you control a journalist who must solve a case that occurred in a neighborhood house where no one dares to enter.
In that house, you’ll be chased by the neighbor in question, who has an AI that will learn your tricks. They will always try to get ahead of what you’re going to do in the scariest game of hide and seek. Will you find out what the neighbor has hidden?
The Witcher 3: Next-Gen Update
The Witcher 3’s Next Gen update arrived on December 14th, bringing the performance we’ve expected from next-gen consoles, improved graphics, and some new quests, which are also available on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Do you know the best of all? Those who already own the game do not need to pay for this update.
Choo-Choo Charles
Choo-Choo Charles is a very interesting and completely crazy game. In it, you control a character who owns an old train to navigate around an island.
The problem with this island is that it is inhabited by an evil train that transforms into different monsters. The idea for the game was more or less inspired by a Stephen King story but taken to the extreme here. This kind of game looks like it’s going to be a big hit on streams.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 – Reunion
This is a kind of improved remaster of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7, a game that is a prequel to Final Fantasy 7. The game tells the story of Zack Fair, one of the most important characters in the Final Fantasy universe, whose story is only superficially told in the 1997 game.
The game was still stuck inside the PSP and couldn’t even be purchased digitally anymore. Hence, the fact that it’s being re-released with updated graphics and various improvements for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series, and Switch is a marvel because now there will be no shortage of options to play this wonderful game.
Blacktail – A Witch’s Fate
This game is based on the Slavic story Baba Yaga. It tells the story of a girl who was accused of witchcraft and was expelled from her home. In this game, you will learn the history of Slavic legends through a unique combination of dark storytelling and intense archery combat. It is set in a lively fairy tale world. This game is a great way to learn more about other cultures.
High on Life
Developed by the co-creator of Rick and Morty, High on Life pits you against an alien cartel that wants to use humans.
It’s up to you to use very interesting weapons, defeat Garmantuous and his gang, and save the world. One of those really crazy games that either go very well or very wrong.
