Advert: Pampers – Little Fighters
Music: Chanele McGuinness – Coming Home (Diddy-Dirty Money cover)
This moving TV ad introduces Pampers’ smallest nappy ever, specially designed for the smallest premature babies. Pampers are donating three million P3 nappies to neonatal units in the UK and Ireland. Also, for every photo showing children with a raised fist shared on social media using the hashtag #PowerOfBabies Pampers will donate £1 to premature babies charity Bliss. The song in this ad is a cover version of Coming Home by Diddy-Dirty Money, sung here by Irish singer Chanele McGuinness, and arranged by Luis Almau for Soundtree. The Diddy-Dirty Money version was released in 2010 on the Last Train to Paris album. Diddy-Dirty Money was a project created by Sean Combs AKA P Diddy with the duo Dawn Richard and Kalenna Harper, although the featured vocal in Coming Home is by Skylar Grey. It was written by Diddy, Skylar Grey, J. Cole, Jay-Z, and Alex da Kid, and produced by Jay-Z and Alex da Kid. Both J. Cole and Skylar Grey have recorded their own solo versions of the song. The Diddy-Dirty Money version is available to download on iTunes. There are no plans to release the Chanele McGuinness version, but you can listen to 90 seconds worth of it via the 60-second ad (above) and 30-second ad (below). A snippet of the song is also featured in an accompanying ad for another Proctor & Gamble brand, Ariel, highlighting the dangers laundry tabs can pose to children.
