It’s Christmas Eve at Windsor Gardens, and Paddington Bear’s sleep is interrupted by a visitor who may or – it turns out – may not be Santa Claus. This animated Christmas treat of a TV ad from Marks & Spencer, with hashtag #lovethebear, was created by the Grey London agency as a tie in with the Paddington 2 movie, and features the voice of Ben Wishaw as Paddington. The music score is a bespoke composition by Alex Baranowski for Wake The Town. It was recorded with the London Metropolitan Orchestra at Abbey Road studios. The story of the ad has been turned into a children’s book, with profits donated to the NSPCC to help fund Childline.
